By requesting or using any service provided by AS214757, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“ToS”). Violating these terms may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account and services, without warning.

1. Service Policy

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any service or request at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may throttle bandwidth, nullroute advertised prefixes, or suspend access at our discretion.
  • Incoming DDoS attacks will lead to BGP session deactivation or prefix nullrouting.
  • This is a free, best-effort service; no uptime or availability guarantees are provided.

2. Acceptable Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam, DDoS, network scanning, scraping, or any malicious traffic
  • Any illegal activity under Czech law, EU law, or relevant international laws
  • Use of peer-to-peer protocols (e.g., BitTorrent) or file-sharing services
  • Running Tor relays, bridges, or exit nodes
  • Operating services that are frequently targeted by DDoS attacks

Violations will result in service termination and permanent account restrictions, with no warning.

3. BGP & Network Policy

  • BGP sessions must be activated within 7 days of receiving your configuration details.
  • BGP sessions down for more than 7 consecutive days may be deactivated, if you have to shut down BGP session for more than 7 days, please email [email protected]
  • We enforce strict IRR and RPKI filtering.
  • Use of hijacked ASNs or IP prefixes will result in a permanent ban and notification to relevant communities. Affected ASNs may be blacklisted permanently.

4. Data Responsibility

  • We do not guarantee the persistence of any data stored or transmitted through our services.
  • You are solely responsible for your own data.
  • We do not perform backups, and we disclaim all liability for any data loss, leaks, or breaches.
  • No data protection or retention guarantees are offered, even incidentally.

5. Performance & Donations

  • The service is designed to provide up to 200 Mbps throughput for each user, depending on available resources.
  • Higher speeds may be possible depending on capacity and traffic conditions.

6. Agreement
